My Story
Hi, I’m Robin Gould
I have always believed that how we care for our bodies, minds, and daily habits shapes how fully we show up in life. After earning my MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, I spent 27 years in the corporate world as a marketing brand manager and consultant, helping organizations grow, solve complex problems, and bring ideas to life.
A few years ago, my own health journey led me to explore how to build strength, restore energy, and create lasting health habits. Through my studies in nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and habit science, I discovered how small, consistent steps, supported by guidance and accountability, can transform health and vitality.
Today, as a certified health coach, I help women in midlife turn healthy intentions into lasting habits. My coaching focuses on building strength, supporting bone health, restoring energy, and creating sustainable routines that allow you to pursue meaningful goals in work, relationships, and life. Midlife is the start of a strong, vibrant, and fulfilling second chapter.
